Both Chris and Colin are familiar with CPR requirements as they apply to ‘Experts’ and have provided a number of reports and given expert evidence that has been of material importance in achieving quantum settlements in a variety of cases dealing with such matters as Loss of Income & Profits, Divorce, Pension Loss, Partnership and Company shareholder disputes etc

Rawlinsons’ litigation support team is also experienced in Business and Share Valuation matters and partner Kevin Woodthorpe is very experienced in Land Tribunal rating and valuation appeal matters.
